Design and implementation for new or upgraded networks, including wireless are also part of this support package. Network Titan will take care of patch management/code upgrades and configuration backups as well as monitor key network points for signs of trouble.

Security is something every business with a computer network needs. After an initial vulnerability scan and assessment we develop a plan to close the gaps. We support various firewalls and custom rulebase development. If your organization has branch offices and/or remote users who need access to the network, we will also create the necessary VPN solution so your data is transmitted securely.

Desktop support service provides remote technical assistance for your employees so you don't have to solve every problem. Desktop security policy, patch management, and antivirus are also included.
