Gold  Gold support provides customers with a proactive service level agreement which includes specific network and system administration tasks, timely response, and a guaranteed number of support hours per month. Silver  If you just want to try us out, or if your company needs an IT expert for your next project the Silver package may be right for you. Blocks of hours can be purchased from Network Titan at a reduced hourly rate.

Bronze  If your email, database, or internet access simply stopped working call us up! The Bronze option is our standard hourly rate.
