Network Titan offers emergency services for customers in a number of different situations.

• Sudden network latency or loss of connectivity for a number of people in your office or a branch office. We will bring the necessary tools to your site to root out the problem caused by hardware failure, worm, virus, or network/system compromise.
• Hardware failure on a critical server or network component. Network Titan will be there to assist in hardware diagnosis and replacement
• Data restore services. If you had data that was accidentally or maliciously destroyed we can restore the data with the most current backup.
• Disaster planning and disaster recovery. Without a plan it will likely be more expensive to get back to work if disaster strikes. We can help you identify your critical systems and document a plan of action if disaster strikes.
