When it comes to design and implementation of new service or network components it is critical to get it right the first time. Without a properly planned foundation to build on, any projects down the road result in serious headaches and unnecessary financial burdens. Network Titan engineers have solid experience in design, planning, and implementation of new services and have developed standardized processes for these activities. If you have technology changes in mind for your company, we can guide you to your destination. Network Titan will partner with you to develop a plan based on your needs and we will follow through to get the job done.
First, we meet with the customer to determine their business needs and budget framework. Second, we perform an initial design review with the customer to confirm that all the requirements have been met.
During the implementation phase, a Method of Procedure (MOP) is written and approved by lead engineers documenting each technical step to be completed. Backout procedures are required to be written in the MOP in the event that they are needed due to equipment malfunction, and maintenance windows are used to ensure your company's productivity does not suffer from maintenance that takes longer than expected. Once the service and/or equipment is in place we can begin the testing which is also a written procedure. Service validation and failover testing is completed before the maintenance window closes. The implementation and testing phase can be scheduled at any time depending on the business requirements and is up to the customer.
